The Clinical Gadgets (Revision) Regulations, 2020

The Clinical Gadget (Revision) Regulations, 2020

According to the MDR revision, another section (Part IIIA – Enrollment of certain clinical gadgets) has been presented for enlistment of “Recently Advised Clinical Gadgets” by their individual producers and shippers.
